Hustle culture has become prevalent in the 21st century within the entrepreneurial community. However, working harder and longer is not always the answer. In this talk, Rian Doris breaks down a smarter path to success. Rian Doris is the Co-Founder of the Flow Research Collective, the worlds leading peak performance research and training institute. Rian has a background in Neuroscience from Kings College London and Philosophy from Trinity College Dublin. Rian holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy & Economics from Trinity College Dublin and has recently enrolled in an MSc in Applied Neuroscience at King's College London. Rian is the Co-Founder & COO of the Flow Research Collective, the world's leading peak-performance research and training organization. He has also led research a number of research initiatives with Dr. Dan Siegel, Prof. of Psychiatry at UCLA, Imperial College London. The University of Southern California, University of Zurich, and Claremont Graduate University.
