About

I'm Jasmine. I started this channel from the mountains of the eastern US, but these days, I'm based in Southeast Asia. After living in 7 countries, I've called a lot of places home — a treehouse on an island, various apartments, a rural homestead and an antique log cabin deep in the woods. Each taught me something about what matters. On this channel, we have real conversations about living life on our terms when everything around us seems designed to keep us distracted. I share what I've learned and continue to learn about health, personal growth and unconventional lifestyles — the stuff that requires being honest with yourself, respecting your own boundaries and doing the work most people avoid. I also work one-on-one with people who want support navigating their own path. The link for my coaching services is below if you're looking to reconnect with what you actually want.

Video Description

After living in five countries over the span of a decade, I chose to move back to the United States — not out of crisis or obligation, but because it felt right. In a time when many dreamt of leaving, I felt called to come home. In this video, I share what led me back after 10 years abroad: the subtle reasons that built up over time, the small daily moments that reminded me of what I value and the perspective that distance can bring. It wasn’t a rejection of life overseas, but an embrace of something deeper: the desire to belong where I could grow some roots, even if for short while. While it became trendy among many Americans to leave due to political or cultural frustration, my choice to return was entirely personal. I’d seen enough of the world to know that every place has its flaws and its beauty. Gratitude, I’ve learned, isn’t bound by borders; it’s cultivated by presence. Watch until the end, where I share how this decision reshaped the way I think about “home,” purpose and the freedom that comes from choosing your own path — even when it runs counter to the trend. — Join the Conversation — Have you ever returned to a place you thought you’d left behind for good?
