They had billions of dollars and endless resources to create an incredible product that would blow the iPod away. At first glance, The Zune appeared to be a superior product. With unique features like a three inch display, an FM radio, wifi, and… brown. But when you looked closer, its flaws began to show. So let’s find out why the Zune failed.
