If you’re aiming for 10% body fat, walking isn’t just optional, it’s essential. From my experience walking makes the whole process of getting lean easier. In this video, I’ll go over a common scenario of two guys starting with the same goal and the same workouts, but one small difference in daily movement completely transforms their results. And what made all the difference wasn’t some extreme diet or advanced training plan, it was how they used walking to get lean. As a coach I’ve seen this play out time and after time.
