POTUS ‘ordered his Secretary of War’ Pete Hegseth to pay troops, which they will be waiting, on October 15th. “We have identified funds to do this, and Secretary Hegseth will use them to PAY OUR TROOPS”, Said Trump. However, he did not identify funding sources or the total amount that would be used for troop salaries. Trump made announcement on 11th day of Govt shutdown sparked by funding impasse with minority congressional Democrats.
