Welcome to this weeks woodturning video. Woodturning - Goblet With A Twist (Double Helix) In this woodworking video I use a woodturning lathe to turn a seasoned piece of Apple wood burl into an ornate goblet, (with a twist). When woodturning a piece like I find it important to nibble away at it until I see what shape the wood wants to be, this is what is so enjoyable about woodturning. big log to bowl (little bowl) but i find removing the wood in layers allows me to find the best possible shape.
