Σήμερα σας φέρνω φουσκωτά τσουρέκια, γεμάτα ίνες, με αφράτη υφή και υπέροχο άρωμα. Μία συνταγή με όλες τις λεπτομέρειες, χωρίς μυστικά και σίγουρη επιτυχία. ΥΛΙΚΑ: • 1kg αλεύρι για τσουρέκι • 75gr νωπή μαγιά • 150gr βούτυρο αγελαδινό ανάλατο • 300gr ζάχαρη • 300ml φρέσκο γάλα πλήρες • 100ml χλιαρό νερό • 3 αυγά για τη ζύμη κι 1 για το άλειμμα • ξύσμα από 2 πορτοκάλια • 1 κ.γ. (κοφτό) μαχλέπι • 1/2 κ.γ. μαστίχα • 1 βανιλέτα • και για το πασπάλισμα θα χρειαστούμε φιλέ αμυγδάλου ή σουσάμι.
