It’s vegetarian-friendly (or you can use chicken broth for a deeper flavor). 🥣 Ingredients 2 cups red lentils (about 400 grams) 1 medium onion, chopped (about 180 grams) 2 cloves garlic, minced (about 15 grams) 1 medium carrot, chopped (about 100 grams) 1 medium potato, cubed (about 250 grams) 1 tablespoon tomato paste (about 20 grams) 2 medium tomatoes, diced (about 250 grams) 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon dried mint ½ teaspoon turmeric ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegan option) 5–6 cups hot water (adjust for desired thickness) 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons butter (for topping) ½ teaspoon paprika (for butter topping) Lemon juice, to taste 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1.
