مدة التحضير : 1ساعة وربع الكمية تكفي : 6 أشخاص المواد الجافه: 2كوب دقيق نصف م ص ملح نصف م ص بايكربونات الصوديوم 1م ك بايكنج باودر 1كوب زعتر اخضر 1كوب جبنه نابلسيه المواد السائله: 4حبة بيض 1م ك خل ابيض نصف كوب زيت نباتي نصف كوب زيت زيتون 1كوب حليب سائل للتغطيه: 1م ك حبة البركه 1م ك سمسم ابيض طريقة التحضير: 1-نحضر القلب ونبطنه بالقليل من الزبده ثم طبقه من الدقيق 2-في مصفاة منخل ناعمه ننخل الدقيق ثم نضيف باقي المواد الجافه والزعتر والجبنه ونقلبهم سويآ 3-نخفق البيض لمدة 5د ثم نضيف باقي المواد السائله ثم نضيف المواد الجافه ونقلب سويآ برفق من الأسفل للأعلى 4-نفرغ الخليط في القالب ونوزع السمسم وحبة البركه على الوجه 5-ندخلها فرن محمى مسبقآ رف اوسط درجة حراره 180 لمدة 50د وتقدم دافئه.
