#رنگوببین #نواب_ابراهیمی برای ۴ نفر: ۲ تا پیاز رو خُرد کنید، سرخ کنید، بعد از اینکه طلایی شد، گوشت رو به اون اضافه کنید. من از ۴۰۰ گرم گوشت ماهیچه گوساله استفاده کردم. ادویه‌های زیر رو هم به اون اضافه کنید: پودر سیر: ۱ قاشق چای‌خوری زردچوبه: ۱ قاشق چای‌خوری نمک و فلفل سیاه خوب مخلوط کنید و ۳ حبه سیر خُرد شده رو به اون اضافه کنید. ۱۵ دقیقه سرخ کنید (با حرارت زیاد) و هر موقع احساس کردید داره میسوزه، یه چیکه آبجوش به اون اضافه کنید. ۱ لیتر آب جوش اضافه کنید و در قابلمه رو ببندید. ۴۵ دقیقه با زودپز، ۲ ساعت با قابلمه معمولی(با حرارت کم). تو این مدت، ۶ تا گوجه رو پوره کنید، سرخ کنید و ۱۰ دقیقه بعد حدود ۲ لیوان بامیه و ۱/۵ قاشق چای‌خوری نمک رو اضافه کنید. اجازه بدید خوب و با حرارت کم حرارت ببینه. بعد از مدتی که پخت گوشت تموم شد، بامیه و گوجه رو به اون اضافه کنید. پخت بعدی، ۲۵ دقیقه با قابلمه معمولی و ۱۰ دقیقه با زودپز. بعد از اون خورشت آماده شده. با کته سرو کنید و نوش جون کنید.
