김밥 예쁘게 싸는법 어렵지 않아요. 몇가지 팁만 알면 예쁜김밥 만들 수 있어요. 가장 많이 찾는 야채, 참치, 치즈김밥 만들어 봤어요. ✤ 재료 (5줄) 밥, 김, 당근, 시금치, 오이, 어묵, 우엉, 단무지, 게맛살, 계란5, 참치캔, 깻잎, 체다치즈, 마요네즈 ✤ 양념 (어묵볶음) 간장1, 올리고당1 ✤ 만들기 ① 시금치는 끓는 물에 소금을 넣고 30초 데쳐준다 ② 찬물에 헹군 시금치는 소금, 깨, 참기름을 넣고 무쳐준다 ③ 오이는 씨부분을 제거하고 채썰어준다 ④ 게맛살은 잘게 찢어준다 ⑤ 나머지 재료들도 모두 채썰어준다 ⑥ 계란5개를 풀어 지단을 만들어준다 ⑦ 계란 지단은 식힌후 채썰어준다 ⑧ 약간의 식용유를 넣고 햄을 볶아준다 ⑨ 당근은 소금을 약간 넣고 볶아준다 ⑩ 어묵은 간장1, 올리고당1을 넣고 볶아준다 ⑪ 김밥 위에 밥을 평평하게 올린후 모든 재료를 올리고 싸준다 ⑫ 김밥위에 참기를을 바르고, 먹기좋게 썬후 깨를 뿌린다 🍑 I N S T A G R A M - http://www.instagram.com/__delicious_day #김밥예쁘게싸는법 #야채김밥 #참치김밥 #치즈김밥 #김밥만들기 #도시락싸기
