If you want more contents from us, please comment and smash the like button! http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuHbD... ●抹茶レアチーズケーキ https://youtu.be/z3XE3SJhWW0 【材料(15㎝型一台分)】 クリームチーズ200g グラニュー糖65g レモン果汁15g バニラエッセンス少々 ヨーグルト80g 生クリーム35%200g ゼラチン(顆粒タイプ・ふやかさず使うタイプ)5ｇ お湯(80度以上)50g (土台) ビスケット10枚(約53g) 溶かしバター30g 15㎝丸型 https://amzn.to/339xHVc 【作り方】 ①ビスケットをビニール袋に入れてめん棒で砕く。溶かしバターを加えてよく揉む。 ②ベーキングシートを敷いた型にビスケットを入れ、コップで押し付ける。 ③ボウルにクリームチーズとグラニュー糖を加えて練り混ぜる。 ④ヨーグルト、バニラエッセンス、レモン汁の順で加え、その都度混ぜる。 ⑤お湯に顆粒タイプのゼラチンを加えて混ぜる。 ⑥生クリームを泡立てる。 ⑦チーズのボウルに、ゼラチンを加えてよく混ぜる。続いて生クリームを加えてまぜる。 ⑧型に流して三時間以上冷蔵庫で冷やす。 ⑨お湯で温めたフキンを型の周りに巻き温める。 ⑩型を缶などに乗せて下におろして外す。 [15cm cake pan] 200g cream cheese 65g sugar 15g lemon juice vanilla extract 80g yogurt 200g whipping cream(35%) 5g granular gelatin(requires no soaking) 50g hot water(80℃ or more) (base) 10(aprox 53g) biscuits 30g melted butter 1. Crush biscuits in a plastic bag. Add melted butter into the bag, and mix them well. 2. Put the crumbs to the pan with parchment paper on the bottom. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan using a cup. 3. Stir cream cheese and sugar in a bowl. 4. Add yogurt, vanilla extract, and lemon juice into the cream cheese and mix well each time. 5. Mix hot water and granular gelatin. 6. Whisk the whipping cream. 7. Add gelatin into the cream cheese and mix well. Then, blend whipped cream as well. 8. Pour the batter into the pan and let it chill in the fridge for more than 3 hours. 9. Warm the pan with a hot towel. 10.
