中秋節就快到喇,諗好煮咩大餐未? 一家團圓嘅大日子,當然要煮啲矜貴又有心思嘅菜式啦!今次就同大家分享一道簡單易煮、精緻又美味嘅「九重天胡椒煎海蝦」,保證大人細路都食完笑蝦蝦! 呢道餸嘅靈魂秘訣就係特別選用咗淘大全港首推嘅【原釀.松茸減鹽頭抽】。呢支頭抽係百分百香港製造,0添加之餘仲係減鹽 40%,濃郁嘅豉香帶有淡淡松茸鮮香,一支就搞掂晒所需調味,簡單又方便! 中秋團圓飯就係要咁輕鬆又滋味,全家齊齊開心享受~快啲試吓呢道矜貴滋味,為你嘅團圓大餐加多份心意同美味啦! 九重天胡椒煎海蝦材料: 450g - 海蝦 75g - 九層塔 8g - 白胡椒粒 1茶匙 - 白胡椒粉 兩條 - 指天椒 適量 - 蕃茄仔 2½湯匙 - 淘大原釀‧松茸減鹽頭抽 1茶匙 - 牛油 做法: 1. 蝦清洗乾淨,開背,挖掉蝦腦 2. 九層塔油炸,不想浪費油就輕輕煎一煎,但效果冇咁好。 3. 蝦用半煎炸方式去煮,直至兩面呈金黃色。 4. 白胡椒粒炒香,加入牛油,指天椒,九層塔 5. 放入海蝦,加入白胡椒粉和淘大原釀‧松茸減鹽頭抽 6. 炒勻之後就可以上碟。 ---------------------------- We’re counting down to Mid‑Autumn, so let’s make something a little luxurious: Pepper Shrimp with Thai Basil. We use a Hong Kong–made, first‑of‑its‑kind product, Amoy Deluxe First Extract Reduced Salt Soy Sauce with Matsutake, which brings a lighter salt profile with a gentle matsutake aroma while staying sweet and savory. Perfect for cooking at home and sharing a festive, family meal. Pepper Shrimp with Thai Basil — Ingredients: - 450 g sea shrimp - 75 g Thai basil - 8 g white peppercorns - 1 tsp white pepper powder - 2 bird’s eye chilies - Cherry tomatoes to taste - 2½ tbsp Amoy Deluxe First Extract Reduced Salt Soy Sauce with Matsutake - 1 tsp butter Method: 1) Clean shrimp, butterfly the back, remove the head innards. 2) Fry (or lightly pan‑fry) Thai basil to release aroma. 3) Pan‑fry shrimp with a shallow‑fry method until both sides are golden. 4) Toast white peppercorns, add butter, chilies, and basil; return shrimp, add white pepper powder and the Amoy soy sauce; toss to coat and serve. 大家有啲咩菜式想睇,記得留言俾我,多謝大家!
