食譜：餅皮： 36～37克✖️12個蛋液60克白糖45克蜂蜜30克玉米油60克鹽1克低筋麵粉210克奶粉30克泡打粉2克餡料：紅豆沙餡料40克✖️6個蔓越莓餡料6個✖️45克無鹽黃油50克椰蓉90克蛋液40克白糖30克奶粉20克蔓越莓乾（切碎）40克烤箱預熱15分鐘 180°C 8～10分鐘取出晾涼10分鐘刷蛋黃液 170°C 烘烤15～20分鐘 recipe: crust: 36～37g✖️12 pieces 60g egg liquid 45g sugar 30g honey 60g corn oil 1g salt 210g low gluten flour 30g milk powder 2 grams of baking powder Fillings: Red bean paste filling 40g✖️6 pieces 6 cranberry fillings ✖️45g 50g unsalted butter 90 grams of shredded coconut 40g egg liquid 30 grams of sugar 20 grams of milk powder Dried cranberries (chopped) 40g Preheat the oven for 15 minutes 180°C 8~10 minutes Take out and let cool for 10 minutes Brush with egg yolk liquid 170°C Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
