Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees. 〜作り方〜 ①卵黄生地。 サラダ油を600wの電子レンジで50秒加熱。温めた油にふるった薄力粉を入れて混ぜる。 牛乳を600wの電子レンジで30秒加熱し 一気に入れて混ぜる。 卵黄を少しずつ加えて混ぜる。 バニラペーストを入れて混ぜる。 ②メレンゲを作る。 卵白のコシを切り、一度に砂糖を 加えて泡立てる。 ③卵黄生地と卵白を合わせる。 型に流し入れる。 ④170～180℃のオーブンで15分湯煎焼き。 オーブンの温度を150〜160℃に 下げて50分ほど焼く。 〜How to make〜 (1) Egg yolk dough. Pour into molds. (4) Bake in a bain-marie in an oven at 170~180°C for 15 minutes. Oven temperature to 150-160 ° C. Lower and bake for about 50 minutes.
