食譜： https://bit.ly/33z4OV5 材料： 牛腩兩斤 洋葱兩個 薯仔數隻 辣底一碗（用紅葱頭、蒜頭、辣椒粉爆香） 咖喱粉一碗（一半馬來西亞咖喱粉，一半印度咖喱粉） 鹽適量 糖適量 做法： 1.爆香洋葱，備用 2.爆炒薯仔，備用 3.辣底加咖喱粉炒香 4.加入預先汆水然後切件的牛腩 5.加入預先炒好的洋葱 6.加水至剛蓋過牛腩 7.炆大概半小時 8.加入薯仔再炆15分鐘左右 9.熄火焗兩小時以上 10.視乎喜愛牛腩的軟硬程度，可以重複以上炆焗 11.加入適量鹽及糖調味 Ingredients: Beef briskets 2 catty Onions 2 pcs Potatoes Several pcs Spicy base 1 bowl (Stir-fry shallots, garlic, and chili flakes) Curry powder 1 bowl (Half Malaysian curry powder, half Indian curry powder) Salt Some Sugar Some Steps: 1. Stir-fry onions till aroma comes out, set aside. 2. Stir-fry potatoes, set aside. 3. Stir-fry spicy base and curry powder. 4. Boil beef briskets for several minute, clean, cut into pieces, and add to spicy base and curry powder mixture in pan and stir-fry. 5. Add fried onions to pan. 6. Add water until beef briskets are covered. 7. Braise for half an hour. 8. Add potatoes and braise for another 15 minutes. 9. Remove from heat, leave pan covered and let it sit for at least 2 hours. 10. Repeat step 9 to cook to your preference of tenderness. 11.
