跟據香港大學李嘉誠醫學院精神醫學系研究顯示，躁鬱症在香港普遍程度大約為人口之5%，即每二十名香港人便有一人患有躁鬱症。躁鬱症影響所有人士，不分年齡、性別。躁鬱症的徵會出現週期性的狂躁或狂躁與抑鬱交接的情況，對患者的身心、社交和日常生活都帶來負面的影響。此外，社會人士對患者的不理解更形成不少衡突和歧視。雖然躁鬱症是無法完全根治，但患者能夠透過治療、提升穩定情緒及改善自己控制情緒的能力，減低復發的機會。 今次香港大學社會科學學院 副學院 謝樹基教授化身為主持 與雙相情緒學會主席兼精神科醫生 王明爍醫生及復元人士 簡麗絲小姐一起講解躁鬱症。 #東華三院 #友心情 #情緒健康 #情緒病 #精神病 #精神健康 #復元 #復元人士 #躁鬱症 #躁狂抑鬱症
