今天這條影片主要教七十歲以上的人士進行一些肌肉訓練的動作. 在兩個星期前我們分別介紹五十歲以上的人士以及六十歲以上的人士如果大家錯過了可以回看以上兩條影片. 那我簡單回顧一下對於五十歲的人來說，其實我們需要加強活動能力以及加強肌肉關節的靈活度, 所以對於五十歲的人來說我們會做一些較多的伸展動作. 六十歲以上的人士則需要開始鍛鍊肌肉因為我們要提升平衡力 協調性 以及保持良好的姿態. 來到七十歲我們就需要真正強化肌肉但也不能做高強度的運動, 所以我們要保持低強度 重複性的簡單運動來進行. 這套運動是增強腿部力量 讓七十歲以上的人士不容易跌倒這些動作設計為坐著做的方式 所以非常安全.....
