Add dried shrimp and little oil in the sauce pan and fry till aromatic and golden brown. Add into the chives mixture and mix well. 3. Add seasoning and mix well. 4. Heat wok with oil, add a scoop of chives mixture and evenly spread out. Once the pancake turns lightly brown at the bottom, flip over and turn the heat higher. Continue to fry till both sides are brown and cooked. 5.
