There are many reasons for this. It is common for elders because of systemic problems like heart, liver and kidney. Some extreme condition called Deep Vein Thrombosis could lead to death. If we eliminate the above conditions, other reasons for feet swelling are prolong standing and seating, lack of exercises and movements. Dr. Joe will demonstrate the effective exercises, massage techniques for the swelling of the feet.
