#今晚食乜餸 #阿根廷紅蝦陳村粉 #食譜 阿根廷紅蝦近年成為不少高級西餐廳的座上客，蝦肉呈天然橙紅色，蝦膏飽滿之餘更是鮮味無比，令人一試難忘。今次由「亞洲最佳女主廚」、餐廳Little Bao的主廚及老闆May Chow示範製作阿根廷紅蝦陳村粉，食材中西合壁，蝦湯濃香美味，在家也能輕易煮出格調Fusion菜！ 閱讀全文：https://bit.ly/3TqDqAH 阿根廷紅蝦陳村粉材料： 阿根廷紅蝦－5隻 陳村粉－190克 蝦湯/龍蝦湯－80毫升 白醬油－180毫升 牛油－適量 蝦子－適量 粟粉－適量 蔥末－適量 阿根廷紅蝦陳村粉步驟： 1.先將阿根廷紅蝦的蝦頭和蝦身分開，剪走蝦腳，然後開邊備用。 2.燒熱平底鑊，放入一匙牛油，以大火把蝦身煎至半生熟，然後盛起。 3.把蝦頭放入平底鑊燒香，加入牛油、一湯杓醬油湯及半湯杓蝦湯，中火煮三分鐘。 4.取出蝦頭，用隔渣網隔走蝦殼，然後再用平底鑊繼續熬煮湯汁。 5.放入陳村粉，按喜好加入牛油，用中火煮至軟腍入味。 6.上菜時先將陳村粉舖底，後放上紅蝦，並用火槍灸燒，最後灑上蝦子及蔥末即成。 阿根廷紅蝦陳村粉零失敗小貼士： 1.應保持適量湯汁燴煮陳村粉，才能煮得香軟又入味。 2.想煮得完美，切記分開蝦身和蝦頭烹調，讓蝦身能煮成半生熟，蝦頭亦能熬煮出香味。 ►訂閱我們: https://bit.ly/2qoVYEN ►Website : https://www.am730.com.hk/ ►FB: http://www.facebook.com/am730hk/ ►IG: https://www.instagram.com/am730hk/ ►這部影片中的音樂 bmgproductionmusic
