🟢材料： 豬扒 3 片 洋蔥 1 個 麵粉/生粉 適量 鹽 適量 黑胡椒 適量 牛油 適量 🟢預調醬汁：茄汁 2 湯匙，糖 1 湯匙，水 3 湯匙拌勻 🟢做法： 1️⃣ 豬扒洗淨並吸乾水份，用刀背啄鬆並把周邊白色筋膜分幾段切開。 2️⃣ 用鹽和黑胡椒調味(有時間可醃 2-3 小時)，在豬扒上撒上少許麵粉或生粉，每面煎至金黃色，下適量鹽和黑胡椒調味。 3️⃣ 取出豬扒，在鍋中加入洋蔥，炒至微黃，加入少許鹽和牛油，再加入預調醬汁煮成汁，將豬扒放在碟中，淋上醬汁，即可享用。 🟢 Ingredients: Pork chops - 3 pieces Onion - 1 Flour/cornstarch - as needed Salt - as needed Black pepper - as needed Butter - as needed 🟢 Pre-made sauce: Ketchup - 2 tablespoons, Sugar - 1 tablespoon, Water - 3 tablespoons, mixed well. 🟢Cooking directions: 1️⃣ Rinse the pork chop and pat it dry. Use the back of a knife to tenderize it and cut the white membrane around the edges into several sections. 2️⃣ Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper (marinating for 2-3 hours is recommended but optional) and sprinkle a little flour or cornstarch on each side. Fry each side until golden brown, seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed. 3️⃣ Remove the pork chops from the pan and add the onion. Fry until slightly golden, then add a pinch of salt and some butter. Add the pre-mixed sauce to the pan to make a sauce.
