⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蒜蓉牛油胡椒蝦 材料： 急凍虎蝦6隻 牛油50克 蒜頭一個 辣椒仔3隻 白胡椒一茶匙 黑胡椒一茶匙 蔥粒適量 處理： 1. 大蝦，預先解凍。 2. 大蝦，剪去蝦頭，除去蝦囊及腸臟，剪去蝦腳。 3. 打直剪開蝦背，保留蝦膏。 4. 蝦，輕手，清水沖洗乾淨，擎乾水。 5. 蒜頭，刴碎。 6. 辣椒仔，切粒。 7. 蔥，切粒。 8. 黑胡椒，磨碎。 9. 白胡椒，壓碎。 10. 蝦，廚紙索乾，加入生粉一茶匙，撈勻。 烹調： 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油一湯匙。蝦，排好，放鑊邊。 2. 蝦， 灑上少許鹽。 3. 轉大火。 4. 蝦，放鑊內，轉中火，繼續煎，直至煎好兩面。 5. 蝦，推向鑊邊，熄火。 6. 慢火，加入牛油，煮溶。 7. 中火，爆香蒜粒。 8. 轉大火，反一反蝦。 9. 加入黑、白胡椒，爆香。 10. 加入一半蔥粒及辣椒粒。 11. 熄火。 12. 上碟，灑上蔥粒及辣椒粒。 13. 完成，可享用。 Garlic prawns with butter and peppers Ingredients: Frozen tiger prawns 6 Nos. Butter 50g Garlics 1 big cube Chili 3 Nos. White pepper 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Spring onion cubes appropriate amount Preparation: 1. The prawns, defrost in advance. 2. Prawns, cut off the heads. Remove sacs and intestines. Cut the feet. 3. Cut the prawn body vertically. Retain shrimp head paste. 4. Prawns, lightly rinse thoroughly. Drain. 5. Garlics, chop well. 6. Chili, dice in cubes. 7. Spring onion, dice in cubes. 8. Black pepper, grind well. 9. White pepper, grind well. 10. Prawns, dry with kitchen towels. Add in 1 tsp of tapioca starch, mix well. Steps: 1. Medium flame, fry garlics well. 8. Turn to high flame. Flip over the prawns. 9. Add in the black and white peppers, fry well. 10. Add in half of spring onion and chili cubes. 11. Turn off fire. 12. Put on plate. Put spring onion and chili cubes on top. 13. Complete.
