啊Hong家的虾枣春卷做法是会先把春卷放在个架子上蒸熟待凉后才炸。因为架子在蒸的过程中能沥去春卷的蒸气水份，腐皮就不会因为有积水而糊掉。春卷蒸熟后要先待凉，这样春卷会是更容易处理的。然后，把春卷切小块，沾上薯粉，下油锅炸至金黄色。 一道大人小孩都爱吃的酥脆虾枣春卷就做好啦！ 分量：9-10人份 / 7条春卷 准备时间：30分钟 煮时：1个小时 材料A： 1公斤 肉碎（半肥瘦） ½公斤 虾仁（去壳切丁） 200克 马蹄（去皮切丁） ½条 胡萝卜（去皮切丝） 少许 葱花 1粒 鸡蛋 3/4茶匙 五香粉 少许 胡椒粉 1茶匙 盐 2汤匙 木薯粉 材料B： 2片 腐竹皮 （每片剪4小片，抹净） 适量 木薯粉水 （1汤匙木薯粉+3汤匙水） 适量 木薯粉 适量 油 做法： 1. 准备一个大盆，倒入材料A，搅拌至起胶后加少许麻油搅匀，放入冰箱冷藏30分钟，备用 2. 腐竹皮铺平，加入适量的馅料，裹成长柱型，卷起来，在封口处抹上木薯粉水，压紧封口 3. 将包好的虾枣春卷个架子上，入蒸笼大火蒸15分钟，虾枣春卷出锅待凉 4. 春卷切小块，沾上木薯粉 5. 煮滚一锅油，加入抹上木薯粉的春卷粒，炸至金黄色，沥油出锅， 完成 Bored of spring rolls?
