方法若做對,成功就絕對! 表弟今天教你簡單煮『福建炒麵』 材料: 大條面 500克 蝦仁去殼 6只 豬肉切片 150克 包菜 100克 豬油 70毫升 豬油渣 2湯匙 蒜蓉 1湯匙 水 500毫升 調味料: 蠔油 1湯匙 黑醬油 1湯匙半 醬油 1湯匙 雞精粉 1茶匙 胡椒粉 1/3茶匙 做法: 熱鍋下豬油,加入蒜蓉爆香,放入豬肉片和蝦仁,陸續的加入黑醬油、蠔油、熱水、麵、包菜和其他調味料燜至湯汁收乾,最加入胡椒粉和豬油渣攪拌即可上鍋。 *加入少許的左口魚粉更能讓福建面的味道昇華 Ingredients: 500g noodles 6 pcs shrimp shelled 150g pork slices 100g cabbage 70 ml pork lard oil 2 tbsp of pork lard 1 tbsp minced garlic 500ml water Seasoning: 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1½ tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp chicken powder 1/3 tsp ground pepper Preparation Instruction: Heat the wok and pour pork lard oil into it, add the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
