【記・香港人：走下去】放下一切來到陌生的國度，香港人如何重新出發？ 帶上四個行李箱，頭也不回地離開香港，這個決定背後藏著多少辛酸與未知？本集《走下去》紀錄了三位身處英國不同城市的香港人，展現他們在異鄉打拼、適應與尋找自我認同的真實寫照： 放下光環的名廚 Jeffery (曼徹斯特)：曾在香港擁有自己品牌及工場的星級西點師傅，為了下一代的未來，選擇「逃難」般結業來到英國。面對一切由零開始的艱辛，他與太太甚至試過親自駕車 12 小時送貨。但他堅信：「只要不怕辛苦，總會找到轉機。」 由廚師變地產的熱心大姐 Eva (布里斯托)：十歲就被「騙」上飛機來到英國的 Eva，早已融入當地社會。面對近年的移民潮，她不但轉行做地產經紀協助港人安居，更積極籌辦社區同樂日，協助香港人融入當地社區，避免陷入「圍爐」的困境。 心繫香港的大學生 Ian：見證了 2021 年香港公民社會的劇變後，Ian 選擇赴英修讀政治。雖然父母為他放棄了香港的一切，但他拒絕認同「香港已死」的說法。他積極參與海外集會，並堅定地表示，他的身分認同依然是香港，長遠而言，他仍然希望回到香港生活。 「過程會是辛苦的，但起碼我知道前面是出路。」 "Going Forward" explores the real-life challenges and resilience of Hongkongers starting anew in the UK. The episode follows three individuals on their journeys of rebuilding and adapting: Jeffery, a former star pastry chef who gave up his established business in Hong Kong to start a new pastry shop from scratch in Manchester; Eva, a long-time UK resident in Bristol who actively helps new arrivals integrate into the local community; and Ian, a university student studying politics who continues to advocate for Hong Kong overseas while firmly holding onto his identity.
