重庆巫溪是大宁河畔的小县城，也是三峡库区唯一一个没有被水淹没的城市，这里还是多年前的旧模样，山水人一切都没变，过去宁厂古镇以制盐而兴盛，又因制盐而衰落。因为盐业，大名鼎鼎的烤鱼就发源自这里，加了酸酸的泡菜，还有糖醋味的凉面和炕土豆，都独一份的味道。 Wuxi, Chongqing is a small county town on the bank of the Daning River.
