今日はアーモンドをのせたサクサククッキー「フロランタン」をご紹介します。 買って食べるのもいいですが、作って食べると美味しすぎてびっくりします。サクサクのクッキー生地の上にキャラメルアーモンド乗せて焼くだなんて、反則だわーーーー!!!! 「フロランタン」はイタリアの焼き菓子だそうですが、なんと罪作りな♡ 高カロリーですが、喜んで頂きたいと思います～♪ レシピは下にあります↓ ★English recipe is below★ 大人気YouTuber “cook kafemaru”の 「罪深いスイーツ」 Amazonはこちらから購入できます↓↓↓ https://www.amazon.co.jp//dp/4046048948/ ラッピングもいっぱい載せています＾＾ 「世界一作りやすいおうちスイーツ 」 https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4046045116/ もしもお住いの近くの本屋さんになかったら、セブンイレブンの オムニ7でネット予約し、セブンイレブン店頭受け取りで買うことができます! ========================== ***れしぴ置き場*** 【材料】18cmスクエア型　1台分 クッキー: 無塩バター 70g 粉糖 35g 塩(岩塩) 1g 卵黄 20g 薄力粉 100g アーモンドプードル 30g キャラメルアーモンド : 無塩バター 40g きび砂糖 70g 生クリーム(35％) 50g はちみつ 30g スライスアーモンド 100g 【作り方】 準備: 型にはクッキングシートを敷いておく。 ①バターをボウルに入れ、柔らかくしたら砂糖を加えてよくなじませる。 ②卵黄を少しずつ加えて泡立て器でよく混ぜる。 塩も加えて混ぜる。 ③アーモンドプードルを加えて混ぜ合わせる。 ④薄力粉をふるい入れ、切るように混ぜる。 ⑤生地をラップに包み冷蔵庫で30分冷やす。 時間に余裕があれば1-2時間休ませてください。 オーブンを180℃に予熱する。 ⑥生地を型の大きさに合わせて成形し、型に敷きこむ。 生地全体にフォークでピケする。 ⑦オーブンで15分ほどうっすらと焼き色がつくくらいまで焼き、オーブンから出して置いておく。 オーブンは160℃に温めておく。 ⑧鍋にバター、砂糖、生クリーム、はちみつを入れて中火にかける。混ぜながら2分ほど加熱し、火を止める。 *動画ではきび砂糖を使っているため茶色ですが、グラニュー糖を使うと色は白っぽいままです、茶色にする必要はありません。 ⑨スライスアーモンドを加えて混ぜ、すぐに焼き上がったクッキー生地の上から全体に広げる。 ⑩160℃のオーブンで30-40分、しっかりと焼き色がつくまで焼く。 少し冷ましてからワイヤーラックに移しておく。 ⑪少しぬくいくらいでまな板の上にアーモンド部分を下に向けてひっくり返す。 ⑫クッキー生地の方から一口大にカットしてから完全に冷まして 出来上がり！ ======================================== 【Ingredients】7in square Cake Pan Cookie Base 70g Unsalted butter *softened 35g Powdered sugar 1g Salt 20g Egg yolk 100g Cake flour 30g Almond flour Topping:Caramel almond 40g Unsalted butter　 70g Sugar　 50g Cream 30g Honey　 100g Almond Flakes　 【Directions】 Preparation: Line a brownie pan (7in x 7in) OR similar size pan with baking paper. ①Mix softened Butter and Sugar until smooth. ②Gradually add Egg yolk and combine well. Add salt and stir. ③Add the almond flour and mix. ④Add Flour , and mix as you cut the butter mixture into flour. ⑤Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180℃. ⑥Shape it square and spread the dough in the pan. Use a fork to make lots of holes in the Cookie Base ⑦Bake it for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Take it out and set aside Preheat the oven to 160℃. ⑧Place Butter, Sugar, Cream, Honey in a saucepan, and bring to the boil over medium heat. Cook the foamy mixture, constantly stirring, for 2 minute. Turn off heat ⑨Add Almond Flakes and combine well, then spread the mixture over the baked cookie Base evenly. ⑩Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 160℃ until nicely browned. Allow to cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool. ⑪While it is still warm to touch (not yet hardened), carefully turn it over onto a cutting board, with the Almond topping facing down. ⑫Cut into bite-size pieces using a sharp knife or serrated knife. Then cool completely.
