When her father is murdered by the rival Yim group, her sister-in-law immediately suspects Ching-ching's spouse of being a Yim group mole. Soon afterwards, all of the Liu family's top men are killed while heading out to the Chinese Opera and stopping by at their mistress' house. The sister-in-law's suspicions are borne out when she follows her new in-law. Meanwhile, Chieko -- a grieving Liu family widow -- takes samurai sword in hand and sets out to dispense some justice at the Yim group's headquarters. The foray is botched resulting in the death of Chieko and the crippling of the sister-in-law.
