⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 電飯煲蕃茄薯仔牛肉湯 材料： 急凍牛仔扒1磅 蕃茄3個 薯仔1個 薑1舊 蒜頭4粒 處理： 1. 牛仔扒，連包裝袋清水解凍。 2. 電飯煲，先預熱。 3. 牛仔扒已解凍，清水沖洗乾淨，擎乾水。 4. 蕃茄，清水洗乾淨，1開4。 薯仔，去皮，清水洗乾淨，切一舊舊。 薑，去皮，拍鬆。 蒜頭，去皮。 5. 加入蕃茄、薑及蒜頭在電飯煲內，蓋好。 6. 牛仔扒，廚紙索乾，切細舊，放入攪拌機內攪碎。 7. 牛肉，加入調味料： a. 蠔油1湯匙 b. 生抽半湯匙 c. 胡椒粉適量 d. 油半湯匙 攪勻，加入生粉1湯匙，攪勻。 烹調： 1. 所有材料，放入電飯煲內。 2. 加入滾水至2升的容量。 3. 加入糖及茄汁各1湯匙。 4. 蓋好電飯煲，繼續煮至程序完成。 5. 完成，可享用。 Beef and potato soup with tomatoes with rice cooker Ingredients: Frozen beef veal steak 1 lb Tomatoes 3 Nos. Potato 1 No. Ginger 1 No. Garlics 4 Nos. Preparation: 1. The beef, defrost in tap water with plastics. 2. Rice cooker, preheat first. 3. The beef has been defrosted, rinse with tap water. Drain. 4. Tomatoes, divide each into 4 shares. Potato, get it peeled and cut in pieces. Ginger, get it peeled. Beat well. Garlics, get them peeled. 5. Add in tomatoes, ginger and garlics into the rice cooker. Cover up the cooker. 6. The beef, dry with kitchen towels. Cut in small pieces. Get it blended. 7. The beef, add seasoning: a. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp b. Light soya sauce 0.5 tbsp c. Pepper appropriate amount d. Oil 0.5 tbsp Mix well. Add in 1 tbsp of tapioca starch. Mix well. Steps: 1. All ingredients, put into the rice cooker. 2. Add in boiled~up water up to volume of 2L. 3. Add in sugar and tomato ketchup 1 tbsp per each. 4. Cover up the rice cooker and continue cooking until completed. 5. Complete.
