⬇️⬇️English recipe follows ⬇️⬇️ 非一般魚湯： （南瓜蕃茄紅衫魚湯） 材料： 紅衫魚2斤 南瓜半斤 蕃茄4個 薑1舊 處理： 1. 魚打鱗，除內臟，沖洗乾淨，擎乾水。 2. 薑去皮，拍幾下。 烹調： 1. 放1湯匙油落鑊，中火燒熱。 2. 放魚落鑊。 3. 另一邊，煲滾3升水。 4. 魚大概煎了3分鐘，放薑片，煎透魚。 5. 轉大火，加入已煲滾的水落鑊，滾魚湯至奶白色，收中慢火，滾15分鐘。 6. 蕃茄浸水5分鐘。 7. 南瓜去皮、去囊，切細舊，或批一片片，放入湯煲內。 8. 蕃茄切細粒，放入煲。 9. 放一個隔篩在湯煲上。 10. 魚湯已滾好至奶白色，倒入煲內。 11. 大火煲滾魚湯，滾起後，轉中慢火， 再滾10分鐘，完成。 Nutritious fish soup: Ingredients: Sea fish 2 catty Pumpkin 1/2 catty Tomatoes 4 Nos. Ginger 1 No. Preparation: 1. Scale the fish, clear intestines. Rinse thoroughly and hang dry. 2. Peel the ginger and beat several times. Steps: 1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in wok at medium flame. 2. Put fish into wok. 3. Boil up 3L water on the other side. 4. Fish has been fried for 3 minutes. Put ginger and fry well the fish. 5. Turn to high flame. Pour boiled~up water into wok. Soup will be boiled into colour white. Turn to medium~low flame. Boil for 15 minutes. 6. Soak tomatoes for 5 minutes. 7. Peel the pumpkin and remove seeds. Cut into small cubes or get it sliced. Put into pot. 8. Dice tomatoes into small cubes. Put into pot. 9. Put a filter on top of the pot. 10. Fish soup has been boiled in colour of white. Pour fish soup into pot. 11. Boil up fish soup at high flame. Turn to medium~low flame after boiled~up. Boil for 10 minutes more.
