Hola, mi nombre es Ana Raquel Hernández y me encanta cocinar. Desde muy chica empecé a cocinar a la edad de siete años comencé subiéndome a una silla para cocinarle a mis hermanos y a mi mamá ya que ella estaba siempre muy ocupada. Hola buenas tardes, espero que todos se encuentren muy bien, hoy cociné una receta muy rica de albóndigas de pollo rellenas de queso, en chile verde que mi prima Monica me compartió, es una receta muy rica, muy fácil de preparar y que le encanta a mi familia y sé que a su familia de ustedes también les va a gustar mucho. Las acompañé con un rico arroz blanco y unas verduras con margarina. También preparé una rica agua fresca de melón, piña y naranja que quedó riquísima.
