I expect a 96-CU flagship with higher IPC and mid-3 GHz clocks, paired with GDDR7 on a 384-bit bus (24GB VRAM, 28 Gbps, ~1344 GB/s), likely on TSMC 3nm/4nm with ~450W TDP.
