American doctor Ivy Miller lives in Bali, working at a charitable health clinic. When a billionaire benefactor named Dylan Donnelly arrives, Ivy is less than impressed. He is only interested in making himself look better by appearing charitable. Ivy is happy when he goes on his way, but then an accident injures one of Dylan’s trusted advisors, Blake. Dylan insists Ivy stay at Dylan’s lavish estate in Bali to care for Blake until he’s well, and because of his donation to the clinic, Ivy can’t say no.
