Beef Saltimbocca with Sauce, Salad with Fried Prosciutto, Potato and Zucchini 🥩

Beef Saltimbocca is a mouthwatering dish that takes the classic Italian flavors of Saltimbocca and gives them a hearty twist. Tender flank steaks are topped with prosciutto, then pan-seared to perfection. The dish is finished with a rich sage-infused sauce, adding a burst of flavor to every bite.
