I tested five PET-CF filaments — BambuLab, Phaetus, Polymaker Fiberon, Qidi Tech, and Siraya — in a series of mechanical and thermal tests to see which one performs the best. The tests include layer adhesion, tensile strength, impact resistance, bending, creep, high-temperature resistance, and even corner bracket performance. I also examined the effects of drying and annealing, as well as printing performance in both closed and open printers.
