Rob Parker perished during the dive, while Dan Malone survived. 3. Deon Dreyer, 1994: Died while diving in Bushman's Hole, South Africa, at a young age. 4. Dave Shaw, January 8, 2005: Died attempting to recover Deon Dreyer's body from Bushman's Hole. 5.
