Video Description
Building a business from scratch isn’t easy, but it starts with one van, one plan, and a whole lot of figuring it out on the fly. I'm back in Austin, back in the field after two years away, and this time I’m documenting the full process of starting an electrical contracting company from the ground up. In this episode, I’m setting up my 2021 Ram ProMaster City and walking through how I organize my van, what tools and storage systems I’m using, and what I’m still figuring out. From DeWalt bins to fold-down ladder racks and even the shirts I’ll be working in, this is the very beginning of the next chapter. If you’ve ever started a business or you're thinking about it, I want to hear from you. Share your thoughts in the comments, whether it’s how you organize your van, how you track your team, or what worked (or didn’t work) when you were getting started. Your input can help me, but more importantly, it can help other electricians and contractors in the same boat. Let’s build something awesome together. 🎥 Don't forget to subscribe and follow along!
