California’s housing market is shifting fast. Listings are up 50%, while sales have dropped 40% since the peak. This supply-demand gap is pushing prices down, California home values fell 0.44% in March alone. That was the second-largest drop in the U.S., even steeper than Florida’s. Only Colorado saw a bigger decline.
