And if you don’t believe me, just look at the data: According to the National Association of Realtors, the U.S. now has the lowest number of condo sales on record. At the same time, we have more than six months of supply on the market. That combination only means one thing, declining condo prices. Which also means that at some point, you may be able to snatch up condos for cheap, especially in Florida.
