The rules are pretty simple. Throughout this entire playthrough only the rocket launcher purchased from the Merchant can be used. This presents a number of challenges - namely that the rocket launcher just so happens to be the most expensive bit of kit that the Pueblo has to offer - but also that this weapon is designed to be an endgame boss killer.
