The target species in this adventure is the Mahi Mahi, also known as Dolphin Fish or Dorado. This awesome pelagic is the fastest growing fish in the ocean, and one of the most beautiful in my opinion. They are a great fun on rod and reel or speargun and taste bloody amazing too.
