We want to try and understand more about rural life in Afghanistan in 2025, under Taliban control. Afghanistan is often dubbed the World's most dangerous country, but since the Taliban takeover the road north has been deemed safe enough to travel, so we hired a driver to drive us over the mountains, through the rural badlands and in to the real Afghanistan. The journey is set to take over 24 hours, but once you leave Kabul, the roads deteriorate quickly.
