As turbulence rocks the plane from side to side, the pilots grow increasingly confused about where they are supposed to be. Minutes previously, a misunderstanding had developed between them, and the air traffic controller who had been guiding them in. This simple misunderstanding, will soon snowball into a full blown catastrophe, which will shake the aviation industry to its core.
