About

Interesting videos. That's my goal. Living on a farm, I have become a jack of all trades, so many will be building, restoring, homesteading, and farming type videos, but I'm not limiting myself in this silly description. I'll post any darn video that I feel like! Of course, I feel like posting interesting ones, so I hope you find them interesting as well! Enjoy! Want to send me something? Video Description

In this video we break ground on installing the hydroelectric pipe, starting with a strategy to do it without building a coffer dam. We dig a huge trench which requires renting a rock hammer, and then install a 6 inch PVC pipe. I'm careful during backfilling to make a plug in the ditch to prevent water leakage. After backfilling I go on to modify a backhoe bucket to work with the excavator so I can use my trench compactor. But then I develop some problems with the Yanmar which I will have to take on in the next video.
