Thanks Ingredients: Milk- 300ml, 1.25 cups, 10.15 oz Sugar- 2 tbsp, 30g, 1.1 oz Instant dry yeast- 1.5 tsp, 4.5 g Milk powder- 3 tbsp, 30g, 1.1 oz Bread flour- 400g, 3.2 cups, 14.1 oz Salt- ½ tsp, 3 g Butter -40g, 3 tbsp, 1.4 oz Icing sugar- 200g, 1.5 cups, 7 oz Milk – 50ml, 0.2 cups, 1.7 oz Vanilla extract- 1 tbsp, 15ml methods: Most people don’t realize how much kneading, proofing, and frying temperature affect donuts. In this video, I’ve explained every step clearly… so your donuts turn out perfect every time. 1. Mix the liquids: Combine milk, sugar, yeast, and milk powder (optional). Mix well and set aside. 2. Prepare the flour: Sift flour, add salt, and mix with the liquid mixture. 3. Knead the dough: Knead until soft and smooth. Add soft butter and continue kneading until elastic and silky. Adjust texture if needed. 4. Divide & rest: Divide the dough into equal pieces. Roll smooth balls with no cracks. Let them rest for a short time (15-20 min). 5. Shape the donuts: Flatten each ball slightly and make a hole in the center. Place on a tray and let them proof until puffy. 6. Fry: Heat oil on medium. Fry donuts slowly on both sides until golden. Cool completely. 7. Make the glaze: Mix icing sugar, milk, and vanilla into a smooth glaze. 8.
