In this video we go over three simple steps to set up your workstation (chair, desk, monitor, keyboard, and mouse) to help you feel and look great. Even the most ergonomic furniture if not set up right won't help you have great posture. Ergonomics is important and it doesn't have to be hard. When your desk and computer is set up properly you can feel the difference. Back pain and neck pain are decreased when we improve our posture. We have more energy. Working at home can be really difficult and getting our computer setup in a way that helps us sit with good posture is critical.
