Our bodies are storing much more than we think — tension, stress, old emotions, even memories we never gave space to process. When we don’t allow them to move, they settle in the body, often showing up as restlessness, heaviness, or even physical pain. Emotional release / cleanse is something many of us were never really taught, yet it’s one of the most natural things we can do. Creating space for release means giving ourselves permission to feel. That can look different for everyone. Crying without holding back, shaking the body, moving in general, journaling, meditating, or simply sitting in silence. It’s not about “getting rid” of emotions, but about letting them flow so they don’t keep us stuck. We feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to ourselves when we keep an eye on our internal work It’s not always easy to open that door, but it’s always worth it. And the more we practice, the safer and more natural it becomes. So here’s your reminder: whatever you’re holding inside is welcome.
