I'm making traditional empire biscuits today. These are about half the size of my usual empire biscuits….feel free to use a bigger cookie cutter, if you want bigger biscuits. You'll find these in EVERY bakery in Scotland...they are a lovely wee biscuit, and very easy to make! Give them a go. I've listed everything I used down below.
