I hope I find you all well. Tonight I'm making Rumbledethumps! You may not have heard of it before...It's a traditional dish from the Scottish Borders. The main ingredients are potato, cabbage and onion. Similar to Irish colcannon, and English bubble and squeak, it is either served as an accompaniment to a main dish or as a main dish itself. It's so tasty....and a wonderfully filling comfort food! There aren't really any set quantities of the individual ingredients, it's really a matter of personal preference, but I've listed below what I've used here....incase you want to give it a go!
